I did not think that AC would bring the kind of money needed to buy that car.

We left Saturday early evening and the chevelle hadn't sold yet. That is a beautiful car Thornton Auto Body did the resto. I think it was a 2 year project. Very strong car! Thornton is about 2 miles from me. I could find out if it was sold Monday and let you guys know if you want. Talked to GTO DON and Kenny Pascoe, both real good guys. Saw Reggie Jackson looking at that 1969 fathom green Z/28 before the bidding began. Older Resto from BKH and guys. Still looked real strong Brian. It went for 55,500. Made me feel good! All in all I think that this show was one of the biggest and most attended that I can remember. Couple of Yenko camaro Replicas and the silver cloned Zl1 and another yellow 1969 with an aluminum motor in it was there. Saw a real nice gold on gold 1967 Z/28 from Maryland don't know if it sold or who's it was. Nice car!
