[/ QUOTE ] It was related to steering and or suspension. The frame was bent in the first accident and was repaired by him using the dealers equipment. I think it was that the parents could not accept the tragedy and were looking for the reason. When it was discovered they purchased a Blazer that was nearly totaled, they went after him and the court sided with them. He had no business insurance to protect himself.
