Default Re: Need carb info

Rob;

Holley had a handfull of OTC carbs designed for BBC's, but I've never personally tested one to see if they were any better than the OEM carbs. (I do have an old 3977 S carb in my core pile that's listed as "Ford & Chevy, 426 Eng. (High Perf. Only)" that I might try sometime down the road.)

I can say that the original 3310EH (396/375) style carbs are still one of the best all-around street carbs Holley ever produced. I've ran them on everything from 327's to 454's, and they worked very well.

Do you have something you plan to run this carb on? I'd be interested to see how well it works if you do.

If nothing else, these obscure carbs make for neat conversation pieces.
