Hi there folks... figured it was about time i got my own screename around here! I just thought i should add that Steve's ZL-1 also scored a 990 out of 1000, achieving a "Gold" certificate at the GM Nationals this spring. It also was awarded "Judges Choice-Best of Show" at the Camaro Superfest in Michigan this year, with a perfect scorecard. I have personally seen the extensive paperwork on this car, and have even had the unique opportunity to drive it a few 100 feet of those 666 miles. The car runs and drives as good as new! There is Number #23 in its glory
I used to own ZL-1 #23 I dug it out of the hills of PA. About 5 years ago or so. She was a rough car but now she looks great. I still have pictures of this car when we picked it up. It was sporting a Ford 9inch and lace paint and all. I know just about every part on this car and all its history.
