Wow, that would be a HOLY GRAIL kind of car for a GTO guy. Red 4sp Tripower with no miles. Charley's right on with his $50+ assessment, giving your cousin the benefit of the doubt that he's kept it dry, shaded, operable, and rodent-free.

Honestly, if it were me, that would be a car that I'd love to own and share with the world. So I'd probably offer something in the $30-ish range to my cousin. In the interest of fairness, I'd give him first rights if I needed to sell, the sell back price being whatever I was in the car at that point. Or offer him 1/3 to 1/2 of what you clear on the car, and promise him you'll find it a good home.
