Default Re: My opinion on present day Chevrolet.

I couldn't have said it better. Ford is definetly red hot right now. In the new Muscle Car Enthusiast there is a write-up on the new GT-40s. That car looks AWESOME!!

As far as a new GM muscle car goes, it looks like we're stuck with this new "GTO." OK, so its available with an LS1/6spd...cool. My beef with the car is it's styling. I realize that GM is trying to do the best with what it's got. However, I've always said that if you're going to do it, do it right the first time or not at all. This thing looks almost exactly the same as the GP/Grand Am, it's got no hood scoops, etc. Thanks, but no thanks GM. I'll just drive around our 1967 GTO when we're finished restoring it. Dan

GM definitely took a few steps backwards while Ford was taking big steps forward. I hope GM can recover but fortunately for me, I'm not in the market for a new car anyway.

I have some pictures of what is supposedly the new Camaro but they are too large to post.
Can anyone resize them for me?

Every issue of Camaro Performers has a "possible rendering" of what the 2005 Camaro should look like. They don't mean anything unless you have a drawing from the General?

That's something I don't have.
I got these emailed to me & I'm sure they're concept cars.
They look like the Australian Holden cars, just a little more dressed up!
Thought some one would be interested as I haven't seen any pics on this site.
