Don, a little off this topic but went to your website and saw the '69 SS/RS Camaro. I have seen this car locally a few times. The guy that owned it lived in a small town south of me and I believe that a local body shop owner now has it.

Yes, I think a GTO would be a great choice.
Dave, as mentioned on my website, I heard the car was in Georgia. From what you say it sounds like it got sold again when it got there. What condition was it in Dave? I spent two years of my life redoing that car (a true labor of love) and hopefully it hasn't deteriorated. Small world for sure.

Don, when I last saw it was at the body shop owner's business. He was putting the car back to 'stock' such as removing the chrome pieces and putting all original type equipment on the car.

Thanks for the update Dave. It was a complete matching number drivetrain right down to the date on the ring gear which is maybe why he is doing it. Too bad, that car was a knockout and an unbelievable eyecatcher the way I did it up. Wonder if he's going to repaint it as well, there's a little Teal in that Lemans Blue paint.
