Although not a ragtop,Willard Havens had a 1968 Hard top Chevelle SS L78 with RPO L89 aluminum heads.
I think he sold it to Joe Demesy in Tx. He is a member of our Chevelle club,and it has a December build date.That was the time period when the L89 optioned Camaros/Corvettes were being built too. I don't remember his documents,but I believe it has been found to be authentic. I have heard of L78/L89 1968 Chevelle ragtops,but I have never seen an authentic one. Welcome Ray!
