First car was a brand new 70 Hugger Orange Nova. 307 with floor mounted 3 speed. The dual stripe whitewalls and rally wheels lasted about one week before being replaced by Keystone mag wheels. The OEM exhaust went about a week after that, replaced by duals with glasspacks. I had the car only 5 months - too slow. When all your friends are driving muscle cars, a 307 and 3 speed doesn't cut it. It was replaced by a 69 Dodge Dart Swinger 340 with 4 speed.

I have been swamped at work for the last couple days but I did scan the picture onto a disk although, I left the disk at work. The pictures should be up tomorrow. I will also throw in some pictures of my Dad's original Z-28 which he still owns. It is a Cortez Silver on Black int. with black stripes car. Very original car. He bought the car at the tail end of 1969. His car is a big reason why I had to have a Z. Just wait one more day! GREAT STORIES and CARS!

First drive was a 1970 SS L78 4 speed El Camino. Paid $2,850 in 1978. Still have it. The thing runs like a bat outta hell! [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/
