Note the picture showing the Yenko Invoice and $66.70 charge for the vinyl top. Not much of a story, but a bargain nontheless.

I ALSO HAD THE OPPURTUNITY TO INSPECT THIS CAR WHEN IT LANDED ON THE EAST COAST. IT IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST ONES I HAVE SEEN. YOU WOULD BE HARD PRESSED TO FIND A BETTER ONE AVAILABLE FOR SALE.... KP

Quite a few Yenkos had vinyl roofs, what makes Kevin's different is that it did not come with a vinyl from the factory. The fellow that bought the car decided he wanted a vinyl roof so it went to a trim shop and he had a 1968 style roof installed.

Well if everyone remembers that the first batch of 50 yenko's did not come with vinyl roofs. This car had its top put on at regency tops. They used the 68 trim cause it was easier to put on across the bottom then to put the halo style top on.

I don't mean to pick on this car, but if the vinyl top was added after it arrived at Yenko, why does it have the 76 B on the trim tag? Shouldn't it be 76 76? I would assume that is a repo trim tag then. Very nice car, but for some reason that trim tag jumped out at me as not original.

Jeff, Kevins car had it added not the D/Yellow one that is on E-bay which is in the link above. This is also the same car that is seen in the Yenko Storage lot which shows it had a black top along with the endura front bumper. Also one of the guys noticed that there are some other cars in the pic. Looks like a Wagon and a big 4 dr in the mix of Camaros.
