Sounds like they (bad guys) are at it again. Since eBay recently set up shop with PayPal it looks like someone may have stolen a email list. We (good guys) have uncovered this in the past:
Past scams: PayPal Look-a-like From Russia with love FBI Busts Scammers Recent scams; Ebay / PayPal Scam PayPal Fake Site Scam PayPal Verification Be very cautious about any email received stating that the online company that you have an account with lost your login & password or account info. Any company that loses your records and sends you an email asking for your input in my opinion should not be in the business. Just be Careful.
