Do these pumps have the correct part number on it?
What about date codes? Did they date code the fuel pump?

Yes they are dated. Here is what was on my August 69 built 1970 Nova 396/350.
159M40727. There is some debate as to if it is a julian date. I'll just keep my opinion to myself what the code means.
For what it's worth I picked up a brand new AC fuel pump from the local Chevy dealer. I'm saving my original in case somebody out there can rebuild it.
Here's the part number from the chevy dealership. #6470424 and I paid $34.72 for it May, 2001.
