The only list I have seen is the complete crossram package which included the manifold, carbs, fuel lines, linkage, air cleaner, throttle cable, return springs, etc. The 140 cam/lifters was a separate item that could be ordered from the parts counter. The hood was an over the counter item as well. I don't believe GM had a package for all of it combined. Wayne Guinn has a book about the crossram stuff and the JL8 4 wheel disc brake.
