Earl,
I know you read these posts so correct me if I'm wrong. I believe you had this Camaro at the same Viking Chevrolet show in the mid 80's when I first started showing my Nova Convertible. I remember Earl leaving the show in the Yenko and seems to me Earl, you beat that Corvette you raced! Earl and I are planning on getting a local Nova chapter going here in MN. So start looking at your calander Earl, we need to start getting busy. I also believe there was a Yenko Chevelle at this same show. First time I ever saw a Yenko Chevelle. It was neat seeing 2 Yenkos at the same show! Ron [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ ![]() |

I sold the car to Cliff Ernst in the fall of 1986.Got $14,500 for it.Made a profit of $2,500.Bought a new 1987 red iroc-z, 350 tpi.No t-tops, no air, am radio.Paid $14,500 for it.Still have it today with 23,000 miles.I told my 14 year old son it could be his first hot rod......He would rather have the Yenko.Earl

Charley,
I do not remember the exact mileage. But 48,000 seems about right.I had the car for two seasons and drove it about 1,500 miles. It is amazing how many people around here remember the car.It would look good sitting next to our green deuce. Earl |
