Default Re: 1967 Camaro Lakewood Roll bar

Joe
Lakewood made those from '67-'68 to the early '70's and they were then discontinued. The roll bar itself was universal for any car but the attachment brackets (that bolt the bar to the floor) were sold seperate. These brackets assemblies were different for each car. Brackets were made for all the popular makes of the day. Camaro, Nova, Mopar A,B & E body, Mustang etc.
I was at the Butler Parts O Rama 5-6 years ago and saw 6-7 boxes of NOS brackets that some speed shop was unfortunate to be left with after Lakewood disc. the bar. The red paint on your bar is original and that is where Lakewood placed the decal.

P.S. Like the Grump lump hood in the background. Is it the 5" or 7" tall version?
