All you need to do for now is the following:

1. Open the burnout attachment in my message in a new window (let's call it "W2") by right clicking the attachment link and selecting "Open in new window...". Burnout

2. Compose your post in the original window (let's call it "W1").

3. At the appropriate location in your post, click on the Instant UBB Code link to "Image"

4. When prompted by the dialogue box for an "http://" input, switch to W2 and copy the address from the address toolbar at the top of your window.

5. Paste the address into the dialogue box back on W1.

6. Click "OK".

7. Complete your post as per normal procedure.

8. Enjoy the smell of burning rubber.
