BBDon, I kind of wondered about the later model Vega. I'm not nearly as fond of the later style front end as I am of the earlier Camaro-like front end. Here's something I spotted in Hot Rod magazine, March 1974. The thing that surprised me was the price, 12K was a lot of money in 74. Browsing the same ad pages, you could have bought a Hemi Cuda that month for 2800.
