I just scanned a page for you to see how it came out. I just emailed it to you. This issue also has a nice 3 page spread on the "Chevy's 427 Mystery Motor" 427 ZL-X all aluminum engine. It was dubbed the Open Chamber Mystery Motor and called a semi-hemi. Lots of pics too. "Motion Performance" Very interesting reading!! |

I've same issue of Cars (original owner/unrestored). Also tests Hemi Charger 500, if memory serves. Pretty sure the Z article spoke of factory dealer-installed options and that, in addition to the crossram, the car came w/headers in trunk and had 140 off-road cam installed.
13.30 @ 106 in quarter, as I recall. |
