Sorry for the late reply.
Bill, these center caps are chromed plastic. I was planning to send them to American Plastic Chrome to be redone--can any of you guys recommend anyone else that does good work? Also, these wheels have a brushed finish and I like the look, but they need to be refinished to look good. Is there any homegrown way to duplicate this kind of finish or should I send them out to get redone professionally? Thanks, Tony
