I assume you know that the car was not delivered new in Canada and therefore it is not on file with GM Vintage services? If that's the case, you MAY have luck writing to Automobile du Quebec, Case Postale 19 500, Quebec, Quebec, G1K 8J5 stating what you are after. Frankly, you may have more luck finding a "friend" in Quebec who is willing to walk into a Ministry office and make the request for you in French [img]/ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif[/img].
