I thought that Sunflower Yellow was available... wasn't the really rusty car that was on Ebay a few years back originally Sunflower Yellow?

Yes & Yes.
That 4 color chart was geared towards the Full size Chevrolets & Chevelles.
Sunflower on the Nova was available shortly after these colors were.
