"CO" code on 69 TH400

I picked up a TH400 recently for my SS/RS 396 Camaro. It is a 69 but I'm not sure about the "CO" code on it. Does anyone know what this code stands for? I would greatly appreciate anyones help. <font color="orange"> </font color>

Are you sure that it is the code "CO" and not "CQ"? I have gone through all of my TH400 codes up through 1975 and do not find such a code. However, if it is actually CQ then it is from a 427/335hp passenger car in 1969. Is there a vin stamped on the drivers side pan rail about midway back? That could help determine what car it definitely came out of ................RatPack.......
