What's the reason for having the rear panhard bar, and a rear sway bar? Doesn't the panhard bar act like a sway bar, or is it to tie the 4link together?

Marlin, I would guess, since it has coil overs the panhard bar is needed to locate the rear end side to side. Leaf spring does not need panhard bar because the spring locates the rear.

It's actually very quiet. There are two sets of Mufflers and the quiet ones are on it.
