Rick,

I agree about the potential of the big cars with the 425's. They were huge in size but didn't weigh all that much more than the Chevelle. Plus the 427's wrapped quicker than the long stroke '54's. There's a Red '65 427 here in town and a Marina Blue '66 425 HP a few miles East of here and they're still with their original owners. The '66 was a regular at the local strip through the early '70's and made believers out of a lot of us.
