Corvettes are not "supercars" per say as to the way we look at them from a COPO standpoint. They are RPO cars meaning the factory offered them as a regular order to anyone. I on the other hand being a fan of Vettes, look at a few Corvettes from the 60's as supercars in the sense of performance and power. The L88 from 1967-69 is one, and of course the 2-3 ZL1's that were made. Remember the Supercars that we love like Camaros, Chevelles, & Novas engine options and other performance mods originated in the Vettes like the L72 & ZL1, & L88 in Motion cars etc.
