I talked to Gary last week, he can speek for himself on the car, and he probably will, but from what he descibed its a real Yenko with original paint, rearend, interior, etc. He knows the history too. The cars has seen better days but it sounds like real nice find.

THE INFO FROM THE PAST OWNER TO MY FRIEND IN INDY WAS THAT
THE YENKO BODY WAS DESTORY. THE BODY VIN UNDER THE COWLPANEL AND HEATER BOXS IS NOT VIN # 123479N615079.NO MOTOR OR TRANS.SO THAT IS WHY HE DELAY IN GETTING THE CAR! [img]/ubbthreads/images/icons/confused.gif[/img]

Did you even call Gary to get any info.No for some reason you chose to post another post which is your right.Instead of screwing the guy with this post you could have showed some courtesy by calling him to confirm it.You could be right but if your wrong you leave doubt about the authenticaty of the car.Hope one day he can return the favor.

Those are some strong words. I know Gary well, and he has Camaro knowledge. It's not his first picnic. He would know if the body was not original. Rusted is one thing, not original is another. I know the BE is still there...BKH
