You make an interesting point. Alot of it had to do with whether or not it was a customer order car or stock order. Just as today more stock orders get the emblems/decals than do customer orders. The name plates were also changed based on where the customers brought the cars in for service. |

When I bought my car new I specifically asked the dealer to leave their emblem off the car. This was a common request back then.

Longshot but my 67 Pacer came from Bill Kuhn Chevrolet in Indianapolis after the race...The dealer is gone but I'd love to get my hands on one of them to put back onto my car? Any help would be huge...thanks Tom
