69 TH 400 trans with a CT code?

Looks to me like the sheet above lists "CT" as a truck application.

Yes that is possible to.
That is why I asked for more info. of what is stamped after it,if anything.
If it is on the passenger side aluminum tag,then it is a Truck application.If it is stamped on the VIN pad on Drivers side,then it is a Service replacement and will have 5-6 digits after it.
