454---that is a good article, and required more than just a little amount of effort. Thanks

Thanks Chevy454

I am having exhaust put on my car this week and that article clears up a few things for me,especially about the crossover type and size I am going to use.

Thanks

Around here, the Turbo Corvair muffler was a very common "performance" muffler in the 60's and early 70's. Hands down, it seems to have been the muffler of choice in a small pole I took locally.

Please, anyone who actually changed some of the equipment on their cars in the late 60's let me know what mufflers you preferred then. I'm sure the has to be a few guys here that were actual gear heads in the Muscle Car Era, where are you?
