I remember the article---geeeeeeezzzzze has it been that long? The other muffler that was highly regarded was the big Chryler car muffler, I think a New Yorker, but it weighed something like 60 pounds. Sorry I didn't keep the mag along with all the others.

I do remember that they compared the Walker Turbos and GM's and there was no significant difference except the Walkers carried more decibles. Since then there have clone after clone--still some today. I have Walkers on three cars today--and there just is a sound I like of a BB with Turbos. My L78 Nova runs 11.82-3 uncapped and 12.04-5 through the turbos. But turns the tires harder capped up. They probably wouldn't flow enough for a big motor but I would hate to lose the sound. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
