Default Re: Yenko Authorized Cars

Mike;
I'm not suggesting that all of the dealers in Yenko's network had a written agreement, but the Colonial agreement suggests that those dealers with special arrangements might have had them put into writing.

I was wondering if Jack Douglas recalls any such written agreement. I know when I spoke with Josh Darden he did not recall his written agreement with Yenko, but after seeing it vaguely remembered it. Maybe Jack had a similar deal.

I don't think additional Douglas/Yenko's will affect the values of the PA/Yenko's, I think it might be the other way around. Some people might be suspicious about a Douglas/Yenko because so little is known about them, and might prefer the more common PA/Yenko. I think it might be difficult to convince a prospective buyer that a Douglas/Yenko is equal to a PA/Yenko unless there was something in writing from Jack Douglas regarding his arrangement with Don Yenko.

Just my $.02!!
M
