The original owner's reaction was, "I have been waiting for this call a long time." He did not ask to buy the car back he just wants to see it when it is in his area.
The search for old owners can be very hard, I have about 250 hours in this search. All you need is a few pieces of the puzzle like A69COPO2 has, alot of paitence and some good help like I had on this websight.
