I picked up a complete LS-6 engine at a swap meet for Chad Blomberg. That intake had no snowflake either. Don't recall if there was a date on it. Maybe Chad or Rick can chime in.

I had a 472 intake that had NO snowflake on it. I believe it was a GM over the counter item not cast in the Winters Foundry. You could buy 302 cranks in the old days that had the correct casting but were raw. Had to drill and cut yourself.
