Hello Don Stowers
I have always been a Chevelle man first and have tried to follow the rare ones.I have all the NCOA magazines from day one. On the cover of the November 1988 issue is your Butternut Yenko Chevelle.Mark Meekins wrote a great story with alot of pictures.VERY NICE! Do you still have this Car or are you only with the sYc Camaro now? |

Hi Mr. 70,
I sold the Chevelle a couple of years ago to Bill Werthiem (sp?) of Buffalo, NY. Bill has since resold the car but I don't know to who. If anyone on this board knows where it went please let me know. So as to Super Cars I just have the Camaro. Also have a 67 Z28 and a 66 GTO. Don Stowers

We got a call from James Berry last night, and he said add him to the list! He said he will be bringing his '69 Yenko Chevelle, and one of his Yenko Corvettes, which are a couple of Don's old race cars. 14 car pre-registered so far, and half of them have never attended! Can't wait until September...

Ya'll be sure to take plenty of pictures for those of us that won't be able to make it. I'll be recovering from another spinal cord surgery about that time and some great Supercar and Yenko pics would be great!
Thank, DR |
