Yes, I checked NICB but no info is on file for the vin. I did discover that the vin was registered incorrectly in Ohio (a couple of numbers were transposed).
Troy has provided his much appreciated assistance and shared info regading Ohio COPO dealers. I just need to contact the City Clerks office in Lebonon and find out who the original owner was and see if he is still with us.
