So I take it that Canadian built cars stated to be shipped for Canadia could be heater delete and those shipped to the states all had heaters.
What dealer was the March featured car shipped to? |

I know of 2 68 camaro parts cars out here with heater deletes. I will take pictures before I take them off if I'm able to buy them. I also looked at a 69 Convert. a while back with heater delete. I am also parting out a 1970 Boss 302 right now that is a heater delete car. They were definetly available in Hawaii.

That's really neat. I'd really like to see a '69 sticker with the heater delete option. If you get a copy could you send me a copy? Thanks I installed heater delete on my car and even though it isn't original it really looks neat.

The L78 Car was a LA car i believe No way it was a PI car, I have been trying to get over to The Big Island to take a look at one that is said to be one, and if it is with luck it will come home to Oahu. My mother-n-law (Filipino) remembers some of her friends did bring some of the Camaros back from the PI but just where they are now is anyones guess. Even have some of her family back in the PI looking for me. Ill try to get a pic of the 69's sticker and will send it out if it is listed as heater delete and will also post if its not listed.
Os with the PI Camaros some of the people there didnt even know they had some that were PI made. http://www.dragracingpinoy.com go to the photo gallery and then to AHRA events and the blue Camaro is a PI built car not sure of the others. It is said that the burgandy car was left when US Forces left when the volcano blew up.

HawaiianCamaro,
It would be interesting to see that window sticker on where that car was shipped. Why do you think an LA car could not be a PI car? Would the heater delete RPO show up on the window sticker? It would be an RPO, right? |
