Joel,
All of the original 67-69 Z28s that I have seen had Power Disk Brakes,from the factory. Super Sport Camaros however, didn't get pwr discs as standard untill the 1969 Model year. I've seen 1967s with manual disks and 1968s with power drums. |

I was surprised. That was how in 1997 we bought a car with manual drum brakes and it was purported to be a SS (69). Gee, that is scary to have a car with alot of GO, and not much on the stopping power. What brought Chevrolet around to the realization that Chevrolet needed power brakes, insurance claims, ect.??...........Joel
