When we bought #4 in Idaho it was a half-ass race car. The guy gave us a copy of the points standings for the year. One of his rivals on the list was also running a '69 at the time. Turns out it was #13.
Here's two guys racing these cars side by side for years and neither of them knew they were original ZL1s.

So what's the status about #4? That is TOO COOL about the racing! Any idea what class and ETs these cars were running?

#4 was finished in 1989, sold in '95 to a private collector in WI. It's parked next to what I believe to be a Douglas Yenko.
No idea about classes/ETs. The sheet is circa 1986, "Idaho Independent Dragsters".
