Mike its funny you say that as this very weekend I went to a car show and a friend brought out his 70 Torino GT with a 351 Cleveland and Shaker hood and the car looked good! When I said this is a great car for the PSD races my Mopar buddies said there he goes again! There just isnt alot of Mopar people on Moparts into the stock drags and thats ok as I like em all but I know I cant afford to compete with the Pro Street guys but I think I could run a Pure stock car without going broke or my wife leaving me and I like the challenge of seeing how fast I can get one to go as it reminds me of growing up and seeing them driving on the streets when they were new!And I just like stock looking muscle cars that run good! Ron

OK Ron, But we're talkin about musclecars. I don't see where a Ford fits into this discussion?

Yeah... the same argument works for tractor discussions!

Pete,
Shouldn't you be using this time to scrape chicken droppings off your cars instead of giving me a hard time?

Pete,
Do you use 14" and 15" Polyglas tires on your cars? And if so do you see that the 15's are better(traction wise) than the 14's? Or if there is anyone else with knowlege feel free to jump in.

Mike; I've only used 14" rims, never 15". I would like to try as I think they would work better, but this is pure stock don't you know. Sorry got to go scrap the droppings off my cars now. I used to think it was chicken droppings but am now getting suspicious that it might be road runner $hit.
