That Cosworth sold for $9500 I hear, not worth it at all from the pictures I have seen. A 20 mile CV sold a while back in much better condition for a lot less money. There appears to be some question to it's legitimacy as well, as far as the milege goes. But the new owner swears he made a killer buy on it, and will make a profit as well, but at the same time does not care about the history or anything about the car itself. Just another dealer trying to get rich and retire. Maybe he owns a "Yanko" too... who knows?

The auction was run by Kruse International. Go to the following link for info on the AC Auto: www.acclassiccars.com/auction.htm This link shows a list of cars, etc. MikeA [Edited by MikeA (02-15-2001 at 07:24 AM).]

I just read (Friday P.M) the last several posts and have not checked the Kruse inventory etc.......but yesterday did talk to someone who was there and he alledged that the Mulsanne blue 70 Camaro was a L-34 car (402/350hp 1800 produced)....and at $22K unless it was impecable I personally wouldnt want the car. Even though its not a "Supercar" someday I will wind up with one of the 600 L-78 70's made (ALL 4-speed). There is such a non-exsistant market in the turnkey Quality 70 L-78 Camaros, I dont think anybody can honestly establish a fair value for these overlooked musclecars.....regards, chuck
