FWIW my 1969 Cutlass built in Lansing MI, sold new in Ayr Ontario on March 27th 1969, there was no round sticker in the door jam when I bought the car, its original paint in the door jams, did the sticker fall off, or was never there… hard to say,
It did have the sticker on the valve cover that Ontario GM cars got (I assume dealer installed) I have seen these on Olds, and Buicks. Ryan W31
