Just an update. All is good, the cashiers check cleared and Title was sent to down.

But better to have your bases cover then be getting scammed. Thank to all who joined in.

STILL unbelievable that it takes up to 2 weeks for money that leaves 1 account to get to the other...what a scam that is.

The cynic in me tells me that the banks want to sit on the money as long as possible to draw interest. Its not much, but with millions of transfers it adds up.

Guys, it's worst then you know! I'm tied in with TD high wealth management deptartment for outr investment. I was told it's 10 BUSINESS DAY for etransfer from US to Canada. It's 15 BUSINESS DAYS FOR CASHIERS CHRQUE to clear. But my high wealth advisor can push it through faster if I give him the cheque. Owe well live and learn.
