I own no 69's, so this may or may not be the same. But I have numerous 65-67 survivor Chevelles and one 67 survivor (Vintage Legend award) 67 Camaro SS350. There is factory orange paint on that bolt on every single one of them -except the Camaro because it is an automatic!
In the 67 AIM it specifically identifies that bolt as "Bolt - Clutch Housing" without giving any part number. If there is no part number shown, then it was already part of the engine assembly (or whatever other assembly a given page in the AIM is dealing with). And that concept would be just as true for 69 as it is for 67.
