Delco Remy p/n 3990290 'high note' horn, dated 8 J 4 (4th week of September 1968). This is a clean, non-functioning core that needs restoration. Per Gary at Horn Works, this is a 69 Camaro application (thanks Gary!). Given the date code, it would be correct for an early model year production 69 Camaro. $80 plus the ride. PM me here with any questions, and thanks for looking!

Thanks Gary. Now that I look at it closer, I can see the 'hook' of the J at the bottom.
