I have seen original cars with mixed lug nuts. There was apparently multiple suppliers and workers did not care what they looked like.
My car (acquired in 1975 by my brother) had a few of the waffle pattern lug nuts on it when I bought it from my brother in 1976. No way to know if any or all were originals. I would not worry about making a set match.
