Since none were factory, I would suspect that it would be up to the installer....Joe

Here is my Z with a GM crossram hood and the hoodpin locations. The car was the late Warren Malkin's and he had Chris White install these parts he had saved over the years before he passed. I'm sure they are exactly where Chevrolet said to put them. I'm also pretty sure there are printed instructions somewhere.
