City of Scottsdale limits the amount of outdoor ‘events’ a business can host. Also, when football season starts, they won’t have room on the parking lot. Pavilions could hold as many events as they wanted because it is on tribal land. Scottsdale’s silly laws do not apply. As I was typing this, I just remembered I have a phone number for one of the 'organizers’ and just sent a text. Anyway, not a verified done deal yet. There are actually 3 parties of ‘organizers’ and without a name published in that article, I’m skeptical it is accurate.
