Appears to be a Stingray based on the frame and the fork profile and the plate on the fork. The kickstand gusset isn’t there but can’t tell if it was removed or an earlier build with one not present. There are plenty of groups that live for this stuff that could probably fully break down the frame number for you..

The stamping on the left rear drop out is LC = Nov. 1967.
This frame looks to be a Schwinn Stingray that has been modified by removing the kickstand sprag ‘tube’. Here is a KC (Oct. ‘67) Factory Original Stingray from my collection for reference. This particular ‘67 was ordered with the 2 speed rear hub.
