Decades ago I used to set up at Jefferson, both to sell and to not have to haul purchases to the parking lot. One time my spot had about 6" of standing water. Rubbers/boots were always in the truck.

Make sure you park on high ground. I was there twice when a hundred cars were stuck in the standing water in the low areas of the field... I have always had a 4X4 and got out, but it was mayhem when it started raining so hard a person couldn't see 40 ft.
