I love the XL. It can haul 8' long material, or haul a whole family, or clean up nice for a date, or pull a trailer. Really a swiss army knife vehicle.

I've been in them since 2002 as my DD. Only issue I don't care for on my 2019 is that when you hit a parking lot entrance that is a big elevation change or gutter at a anything other than straight on, the top heavy body rolls back and forth like a wallowing water buffalo. My wife even smacked her head on side window because of that. I think the newer IRS rear models might not be so bad in that area, but I actually now use extreme caution when approaching these conditions.
